A VAMPIRE’S RETRIBUTION

EXT. STREET.

JACOB, a teenage boy wearing hooded jacket is walking down the street, minding his own business. He walks with his hands in his jacket pockets.The camera is positioned behind Jacob. A mysterious figure dressed in black runs passed the camera at a very fast pace. It is accompanied by a whooshing sound. The whooshing alerts Jacob. He turns around and looks behind him. There’s nothing there. Jacob is slightly nervous.

JACOB
Who’s there?!

Another figure dressed in black whooshes passed on the other side of the street. Jacob turns his head to where the noise came from.
Again, there’s nothing there. Jacob is now terrified. He runs down the street. He passes an alley. An arm suddenly reaches out and grabs Jacob’s jacket and pulls him in to the alley.

CUT TO BLACK

EXT. GRAVEYARD.
Jacob awakes to find himself in a derelict graveyard. He is dazed and bewildered. He looks up and sees THREE CLOAKED FIGURES standing beside him. Their leader, MARCUS, steps forward.

MARCUS
(sarcastic smile)
Hello, Jacob
Jacob shuffles back up against a tombstone.

JACOB
Who are you? Where am I?

MARCUS
Isn’t it obvious? You’re in a graveyard. Jacob quickly tries to run away. We here a whooshing sound. Marcus suddenly appears in front of him. Jacob is freaked out.

JACOB
How did you…?
(short pause)
What are you?

MARCUS
That’s not important. But what is important is the job I have for you.

JACOB
(unsure)
What job?

MARCUS
I need you to deliver a gift to an acquaintance of mine.

JACOB
Why would I do that.

MARCUS
Because if you don’t, your family will die.

JACOB
What?

MARCUS
I have people positioned outside of your house. All I have to do is say the word and they will kill family.

JACOB
Why would you want to kill my family?

MARCUS
We don’t. All you need to do is deliver £50,000 to my acquaintance. If you do that, then your will be left Unharmed. Understand? Jacob nods his head. Marcus looks at the two cloaked figures standing behind him. He stretches his hand out. Henchman 1 hands him a package. Marcus gives the package to Jacob.

MARCUS (CONT’D)
This is the package. These two will accompany you part of the way. Once the package has been delivered, your family will be left unharmed.

Jacob and the two henchmen depart. Marcus watches as they walk away. Off Marcus’ face, we fade to - -

EXT. WOODLAND AREA.
A female vampire wearing black clothes and carrying a handbag is leaning against a tree. Jacob arrives with the package. She comes off the tree. Jacob approaches her.

FEMALE VAMPIRE
Do you have the package? Jacob gives her the package. She turns her back to Jacob and looks inside the package. Jacob waits, anxiously. The vampire turns around.

FEMALE VAMPIRE (CONT’D)
It’s all here.She puts the package inside her handbag.
　
JACOB
Look, I’ve done what your mate asked me to do, now tell him to leave my family alone. My dad’s a cop. If you try anything, he’ll come after you.

FEMALE VAMPIRE
That’s the plan.

JACOB
What did you just say?

FEMALE VAMPIRE
How much do you know about father? Apart from him being a cop.

JACOB
Not a lot.

FEMALE VAMPIRE
There’s more to your father than believe.

JACOB
How do you mean?

FEMALE VAMPIRE
It might be better if I showed you.The vampire opens her mouth to reveal two very sharp fangs. Jacob is petrified. She walks towards him.

JACOB
What are you doing?

FEMALE VAMPIRE
Sending your father a message. She grabs Jacob’s arm and pins it up against a tree.

JACOB
(fast)
No! Wait, stop! Don’t!
(vampire bites his arm)
AAAAAGGGGHHH!!!
