RISK ASSESSMENT - LOCATION TWO
Location two is the St Mary’s Church, which is located on Church Street. We are not going to be filming inside the church, rather outside the church.
The risks of filming outdoors involves the possibility of rain. The cameras that we are using aren’t waterproof. If it rains, the cameras will be ruined. So it is important that we keep an eye on the weather before decide to film.
Having studied the area surrounding the church, I have noticed a couple of risks. One of them is that there are a lot of sticks, twigs and branches on the ground. In our two minute opening, a character has to lie on the ground.
That means that we will have to remove some of the branches from the area.
Another risk is that the grass might be wet and muddy. It is not exactly nice having to lie in wet grass. The path around the church is made up of concrete tiles. There is the possibility of tripping over hurting yourself.
